7 Vines Vineyard didn't begin with a business plan. It began with seven grapevines planted in a patch of Minnesota soil and a stubborn conviction that the North Shore climate could produce wine worth writing home about.
Nearly two decades later, those original seven vines are the heart of something far larger — a working vineyard, a tasting room with views of White Bear Lake, and a lineup of wines that have earned loyal followings across the region. Every bottle carries the same principle those first seven vines stood for: don't rush it, and don't cut corners.
